ICC concept is a company that manufactures construction material and is the legal successor of the company Istarska ciglana d.o.o. with a 115-year tradition of industrial manufacturing of construction material.
The company manufactures concrete products that are marketed under the brand QUBIK. Moreover, the company also exclusively manufactures cement briquettes.
The company’s registered office is in Cerovlje, where bricks were once manufactured. Now it is the location of an established mixed-purpose business zone covering a surface area of 9.5 hectares, which is home to numerous activities from the manufacturing and service industries.
The manufacturing of construction material takes place at a manufacturing facility in Borut on a surface area of 5.8 hectares. A wholesale warehouse is also a part of the manufacturing facility.
The ICC Concept manufacturing covers a wide range of QUBIK concrete products: concrete blocks, earthquake-resistant concrete blocks, concrete linings, “FERT” trusses and brick lintels.
The ICC Concept products are installed in numerous buildings spanning Istria and Kvarner, where the company holds a stable market share gained through years of work and maintaining a presence in the construction industry.
During its long history of industrial manufacturing, the company served for a number of years as the pillar of industrial development in the Cerovlje municipality and provided support, within its means, for a series of social activities. Today the company employs some 40 employees which is mostly made up of specialised professional staff.
Contemporary, high-quality, computer-controlled equipment, process organisation with an ISO 9001:2015 certificate, environmental protection according to ISO 14001:2015, as well as a professional and experienced staff, form the basis for the current manufacturing at ICC concept.
